Andrea performs statewide compliance oversight of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act and Colorado Discharge Permit System (CDPS). Andrea specializes in general industrial discharge permits, including construction dewatering, remediation dewatering, and sand and gravel mining, among others. Her experience includes providing compliance assistance and training to CDPS permit holders as well as formal compliance and enforcement responses to CDPS and Colorado Water Quality Control Act violations. Andrea holds a B.S. in Environmental Health with a minor in Watershed Science from Colorado State University.
