Rebecca Sturgeon has been working in the water quality field since 1998. With a B.S. in Biology, she started her career working in industrial pretreatment for wastewater treatment plants. In 2003, she ventured into the world of stormwater and has developed and/or implemented MS4 Stormwater Programs for a City/County and a Department Of Transportation. Currently she is providing erosion & sediment control and industrial stormwater regulatory oversight for a large utility company. Rebecca is a CDOT Transportation Erosion Control Supervisor, Certified Stormwater Compliance Inspector, and a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control.
