The City of Greenville received federal 319 grant funds to implement various water pollution control projects in accordance with the Richland Creek Water Quality Master Plan. The McPherson Park location includes streambank stabilization and other stormwater BMPs. Of note, the site includes soil lifts (or geolifts) to restore damaged streambanks, bioswales, and pervious parking surfaces.
