IECA Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Requests for registration refunds or transfers must be submitted to IECA in writing. For cancellations prior to 30 days from the event a $50 processing fee will be applied. For cancellations 30 days and less from the event date there will be no refund. Transfer of registrations are encouraged and subject to a $30 processing fee.
