Nathan Collier is an Environmental Specialist with POWER Engineers, Inc. in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Collier has approximately five years of experience in stormwater permitting and compliance, including stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) development, inspections, and program management support in multiple permitting programs and levels. Mr. Collier supports clients, both public and private, with stormwater permitting and compliance as dictated by the local, state and national regulatory levels. Mr. Collier also assists clients with environmental auditing, spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) compliance, environmental site assessments, and training.

Hannah Olonovich is the Environmental Manager with Southern Crushed Concrete, LLC (“SCC Materials”) in the Greater Houston, Texas area. Ms. Olonovich has approximately two years of experience in managing and implementing SCC Materials’ industrial air, water and waste permits across 19 SCC Materials facilities. Ms. Olonovich works closely with engineering staff and operations management in ensuring compliance of current, future and modified operations and processes. Ms. Olonovich also assists in training SCC Materials field staff to be able to understand and comply with obligatory federal, state and local environmental regulations.
