Chris Pepper is from Blanco, Texas. He is an environmental attorney with specific expertise in air quality and stormwater management. His clients mine rock, sand and gravel in the Edwards Aquifer, Brazos River and throughout Texas. He worked at the TCEQ. He studied Biology and Chemistry at Texas A&M. He likes to read, garden, hunt and fish. He's Methodist. He's raising two sons, Weston is 12 and Nolan is 9. He is General Counsel to the Texas Aggregates & Concrete Association. He is on the Board of Directors for the Texas Ag Industries Association.
