Reduce stormwater impacts and help improve water quality by reducing stormwater runoff and exposure at your permitted facility by incorporating low impact development (LID) planning and design, and additional creative system improvement strategies. Work with regulatory authorities and environmental protection guidance programs in order to help identify target initiatives and available improvement technologies.

Caroline Johnson is an Environmental Scientist with AGEISS-Inc. in San Antonio, Texas with nearly 15 years of environmental consulting and regulatory compliance experience. She currently provides water program support for the Environmental Quality Technical Support Branch of the U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Center’s Technical Support Division (AFCEC CZTQ). Her experience includes project oversight and procedural development and training for stormwater and public drinking water compliance programs. Additional water quality experience includes conducting watershed studies, site audits for Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, overseeing environmental mitigation responses associated with reportable fuel releases and developing Stormwater Pollution and Prevention Plans (SWP3s). Her diverse experience also includes conducting asbestos surveys, indoor air quality assessments, Environmental Site Assessments (ESA’s), Environmental Assessments (EA’s), air permit development and providing regulatory compliance oversight and assistance for regulated petroleum storage tank programs.
