TCEQ-Small Business and Local Government Assistance Program

Polly Porter

In today’s business climate, rules, policies, and best management practices have become more complex, challenging, and costly to implement and maintain. The TCEQ’s Small Business and Local Government Assistance Program provides free and confidential assistance to those who may not have access to the same resources as a larger municipality or corporation. Whether you operate or manage a construction company, a manufacturing facility, an independent school district, a regulated MS4, or other organization, this is a program that can provide information and assistance to you about the environmental regulations, permits, and policies in Texas.
