Pass Info and Prices

In an attempt to keep conference registration as low as possible this year, your conference registration does NOT include meal functions. We feel that this gives each attendee more options to fit within a budget during this event or be more extravagant with some meals during the week. Morning and afternoon breaks are included but no breakfasts or lunches. The traditional Expo hall opening on Wednesday night will include a drink ticket for conference registratants and snacks furnished in the exhibit hall with an opportunity to connect with fellow attendees for dinner after the hall closes. The five hotel restaurants will be open during meal times as well as for breakfast or late night meetings.

Onsite registrations will be charged a $20 fee.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for registration refunds must be submitted to IECA in writing. Substitutions are encouraged. For cancellations prior to December 31, 2009 a $100 processing fee will be applied. For cancellations after December 31, 2009 there will be no refund. If we receive no notice of cancellation, we will not refund any registration monies. Changes to your registration are subject to a $25 fee. Onsite registrations will be charged a $20 fee. Awards Luncheon tickets are non-refundable.
