IECA Call for Presentations
IECA is looking for advanced courses that tell our participants WHY things in the industry need to be done, rather than focusing so much on HOW things are done.
Final Presentation Guidelines
If your abstract is accepted, you will receive a Notification of Acceptance. You will then need to prepare your final presentation. In order to ensure that your final presentation is accepted by the committee, you must adhere to the guidlines for your presentation type.
- Paper Guidelines (pdf)
- Workshop Guidelines (pdf)
- Forum Guidelines (pdf)
- Poster Guidelines (pdf)
- Case Study Guidelines (pdf)
Please note: These guidelines do not apply to full and half-day training courses. Contracts with accepted presenters will be sent by IECA in the coming months. Guidelines for full and half-day courses can be found here.
Submission of your paper/presentation materials imply a firm commitment to present your paper at the conference. If you cannot present your technical paper/presentation, it will not be published in the conference proceedings.
Download the IECA Powerpoint Guidelines for information on how to prepare your presentation.
