Member Bio:

Mr. Cudlitz is the owner and principal of a small Civil Engineering consulting firm (EA&D, Inc.) which he established in 1995. EA&D specializes in Stormwater Management design, Erosion Control & Sedimentation design, Subdivision and Site Plan design, environmental permitting, construction inspection and Third Party Compliance Inspection. Mr. Cudlitz earned his BSCE in 1978 from University of New Hampshire. He worked for the New Hampshire DOT then spent 7 years in nuclear power construction and design at Seabrook Station. After moving to Maine in 1987 he has been a District Engineer for several Soil & Water Conservation District and still holds that position in two counties as their consultant. He was elected to the board of the Northeast Chapter of the IECA in 2008 and serves on several technical review committees for the IECA.
