The results of the Board of Directors election are as follows. New members will actively join the IECA Board at the IECA Annual Conference in March.

Joe Moore
Joe is a dedicated professional with a passion for sustainability and preserving our natural waterways. As the Founder and Chief Brand Ambassador of Erosion & Construction Solutions, Joe brings over two decades of expertise in erosion and sediment control. His work integrates his love for the outdoors with his commitment to the Clean Water Clean World initiative, promoting environmental responsibility through his business ventures.

Jacob Burkey
Jacob is a Project Manager and Water Resources Engineer at Woolpert, Inc. with over 14 years of experience specializing in stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, post-construction water quality, and environmental monitoring. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Biosystems Engineering from Clemson University and has extensive expertise in watershed hydrology, BMP design, environmental assessment, and MS4 program management. An active IECA Southeast Chapter member since 2014, Jacob currently serves as Chair of the IECA Professional Development Committee and was recognized with the Emerging Leader Award in 2024. He is based in Jacksonville, Florida, and leads municipal engineering projects across the Southeastern U.S. with a collaborative, results-driven approach.

Kellyn Campbell
Kellyn brings 18 years of experience in the stormwater and erosion control industry, with a focus on business development and strategic growth for manufacturers. She began her career at GeoHay, rising from Sales and Marketing to President, and later founded her own consulting firm to support industry manufacturers. Kellyn has served as Secretary of the Southeast IECA Chapter Board and on the National Board of Women of H2O. Since 2021, she has served on the IECA International Board of Directors, currently holding the role of Vice President of Young Professionals, where she leads initiatives to support mentorship, leadership development, and networking opportunities for the next generation of industry professionals.
