This workshop will consider the key elements of successful stream restoration projects and team development, outlining the best practices for developing timelines and project objectives and for identifying design team disciplines and expertise requirements. Dr. Williams will teach you how to best interweave the presented technical elements in your planning to produce a sound, successful, and sustainable stream restoration project!
4 Professional Development Hours - RCEP
A half day workshop reviewing best practices that improve project performance and production while protecting the environment where we recreate and enjoy the communities we live in. By improving our selection, installation, and monitoring of BMPs project teams can reduce costs and deliver the necessary infrastructure for our communities while protecting the environment that makes the communities we work in great places to live.
IECA has been approved as a registered education provider with the
Registered Continuing Education Provider (RCEP) program, managed by the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). The RCEP Program is a nationwide registry of continuing education providers that have demonstrated adherence to highâquality, effective practices in the development and delivery of professional education activities for engineers and surveyors who are architecture, engineering and construction industry professionals.
The International Erosion Control Association has met the standards and requirements of the Registered Continuing Education Program. Credit earned on completion of this program will be reported to RCEP. Certificates of completion will be issued to all participants.
