Nathan Collier is an Environmental Specialist with POWER Engineers, Inc. in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Collier has approximately six years of experience in stormwater permitting and compliance, including stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) development, inspections, and program management support in multiple permitting programs and levels. Mr. Collier supports clients, both public and private, with stormwater permitting and compliance as dictated by the local, state and national regulatory levels. Mr. Collier also assists clients with environmental auditing, spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) compliance, environmental site assessments, and training.
