Sean is a senior environmental scientist focused on permitting and compliance related aspects of linear and non-linear projects of all sizes, in both the United States and Canada. Sean’s experience during the pre-construction permitting/design phase, as well as transitioning projects into construction, offers him the ability to understand a projects intricacies and identify innovative solutions that work to preserve project schedules and budgets. He has gained valuable experience onsite during construction of wind farms, electric transmission lines and substations, oil and gas processing facilities, and pipelines. Sean serves as a key point of contact for other Burns & McDonnell Global Practices on environmental components of Engineer/Procure/Construct (EPC) projects, especially on electric transmission, distribution, and substation projects.
