Accommodation Information

Hotel booking is now open for the IECA Annual Conference and Expo! We will not be using a housing bureau so please book your hotel rooms directly with the below hotels.

Any other company or travel agency contacting you is NOT affiliated with IECA. In some cases, these companies claim to have hotel rooms at discounted rates, but when you arrive on-site the hotel does not have your reservation. As always, IECA secures a housing block providing discounted and convenient hotel rooms to the conference. If you make reservations through any other organizations, IECA is unable to guarantee the validity of the reservation.
