This course is intended to promote awareness for the stormwater inspector and site personnel of the compliance obligations associated with SWPPP implementation that go beyond evaluating the amount of sediment piled against the silt fence. Join us for a more detailed review of the Stormwater Inspector’s role for documenting compliance with the Construction General Permit SWPPP.

Juliana Morelli has been coordinating permitting and compliance with programs under the Clean Water Act since 1999. She is a CPESC, CESSWI, REM and licensed PG. Juliana currently is a Senior Project Manager with POWER Engineers, Inc. and is the Area Lead for the multi-media team in San Antonio.
