Ms. McKay works in EPA Region 4’s Water Protection Division, Sustainable Communities and Watersheds Branch. She is the Georgia coordinator for EPA’s work on NPDES Stormwater permits, Nonpoint Source grants, and Watersheds. Previously, she worked for the US Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, local governments in Massachusetts, and environmental non-profits and firms. She has a BA in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Regional Planning from Cornell University.
