Additionally, the conference will cover Renewable Energy and its impact on the industry, along with Small Site Regulation, providing guidance and updates affecting small sites. The IECA Great Rivers chapter is seeking abstracts for its September 2025 conference in Lincoln, Nebraska. The conference will focus on a range of crucial topics in the industry, inviting experts and professionals to contribute their insights and innovations. The key topics for abstract submissions include:
  • Innovation in the Industry: Presentations on advancements and innovation. 
  • Regulatory Updates: A look at upcoming and recent changes in regulations, including tools for managing endangered species regulations.
  • Water Quality BMPs: Discussions on best management practices for maintaining and improving water quality.
  • Vegetation Establishment: Strategies and methods for successful vegetation establishment in the Great Rivers region. 
  • Renewable Energy: Exploration of renewable energy sites and their impact on the industry.
  • Small Site Regulation: Guidance and updates on regulations affecting small sites.
